Phase 1 of Dr. Simeon's Diet Protocol, better known as the

Loading Phase, lasts 2 - 3 days and requires you to:


1.  Take your drops at the rate of 10 drops, 3 times a day(1/2 hour before breakfast, lunch, and dinner)


2.  Gorge on foods that are high in fat!  You can eat and drink absolutely anything that you like, and as often as you can, but it would serve you best to focus on high-fat foods instead of empty calories in sugary foods.If you have a hard time gorging, try to eat high fat foods every 1 - 2 hours.


It has been our experience that simply eating to satisfaction during this phase is a huge mistake!  Those who did not gorge or focus on fat, struggled with hunger during the first 3- 5 days.  Most of us have done several rounds of the diet and a few of us learned to increase our loading days to 3 to ensure that we took in enough fatty foods! Who knew that eating yourself silly would be so difficult!  However, this does not mean that it will be that way for you. You will learn that using HCG for weightloss is an individual experience. Some of us can get away with things that others can't!  It's not fair but it is, what it is.
